EV Fast-Charging Network Operator Francis Energy CEO David Jankowsky Applauds Senate Passage of Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill

TULSA, OK (August 11, 2021) – Francis Energy Founder and CEO David Jankowsky commends the U.S. Senate for its passage of the historic bipartisan infrastructure bill. The funding measure includes billions of dollars to build out charging stations across the U.S.

“Yesterday the Senate took a monumental step forward in transforming the way Americans will drive,” Jankowsky said. “The $7.5 billion investment in EV infrastructure included in the bipartisan bill will help create a once-in-a-generation transportation network, one that is open to all Americans, not just a handful of communities.”

Francis Energy is working with stakeholders to ensure that a fast-charging EV network is accessible to all communities across America’s heartland. Francis Energy recently completed the country’s first statewide contiguous fast-charging network in Oklahoma. Jankowsky added, “Our public network has eliminated range anxiety for Oklahoma EV drivers, leaving no community behind and making it an optimal blueprint for other states to follow.”
